The Global Internal Communications team drives and delivers internal communications at a group level for Haleon, with a key focus on building colleague engagement with Haleon’s strategic priorities, leadership and company culture.

In this role you will...

Support the Head of Internal Communications in executing all aspects of Haleon’s global (enterprise-wide) internal communications strategy.
Support the development and delivery of employee engagement campaigns to build pride and belief in Haleon and our company culture.
Lead on a variety of agendas – such as HR, Responsible Business, Brand, PLC. You will be required to develop and execute a tailored communications strategy on specific business needs, which feeds into Haleon’s broader IC strategy.
Develop a wide range of IC content that can be used/tailored by individual markets.
Support efforts to drive employee engagement through impactful and effective storytelling and engaging colleagues in Haleon’s most important agenda items in a given week/month.
Strong knowledge of internal communications engagement platforms and measurement tools.
Work in close partnership with Digital Content, Channels & Editorial team to ensure fully integrated and aligned approach.

Qualifications & Skills:

Motivated by our mission and passionate about delivering everyday health with humanity, you will enjoy complex, ambiguous problem-solving and face-into execution challenges with a can-do attitude. Advantageous attributes will be:

Experience working in a Healthcare/CPG/global matrixed organization. FTSE 100 experience desired.
Experience in internal communications & engagement.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with fluctuating and changing demands.
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills, proficiency in English.
Highly skilled in managing complex issues.
A positive, can-do attitude and a real team player.
The ability to work across multiple areas within internal comms and demonstrate good agility.
Experience working cross-functionally and with stakeholders of varying seniority
