Managing Editor

Current Publishing is accepting resumes for managing editor from applicants that can plan content for her or his publication as well as do a fair amount of reporting and writing (AP style).

Immedicay is critical, as inasmuch as we are a weekly print publisher we also post stories to our website and social channels, then refresh them for the next edition.

The key to succeeding in this position is committing to full community imnersion. We produce hyper-local news, and we expect our managing editors to be out in their respective communities, because that’s where most of our stories originate.
