Managing News Reporter/Communit Journalist

Independent family-owned newspaper group seeks a managing reporter and community journalist for our award winning weekly newspapers in Omaha, Gretna and Hickman, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will self-motivated and know their way around a newsroom and community and have a solid sense of news judgement. They will also need to be able to jump right in and start meeting key community players and building a network of sources to help provide solid story ideas every week.
