We want to help developers and entrepreneurs bring their fintech products to market quicker and easier by incorporating compliant processes and making money programmable.

As the Marketing Communications Manager you will be our heroine or hero of hype! You will be responsible for taking all of the great and innovative work that Sila is doing and creating clear, concise messaging to broadcast to the world through press releases, social media and other communications channels. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate technical concepts into terms that are easy to understand by everyone and previous knowledge of or experience with banking, compliance and payments will serve you well.
