Studies show that 57% of the B2B buyer journey happens online, prior to the prospect making contact with sales – a considerable amount of self-guided, digital learning! Tier1 Financial Solutions is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Integrated Marketing Manager to own and manage campaigns across this digital customer journey. To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about seeing the brand through the customer’s lens, while creating dynamic, yet consistent digital journeys that drive conversions. 

Reporting to the CMO, the Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for defining customer-focused performance-optimized, cross-channel campaign strategies that support lead generation efforts and ultimately build a strong pipeline. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience building and maintaining an integrated cross-channel marketing plan as well as experience executing via email, website, social media, targeted advertising, public relations, and events. This position will also partner with sales operations team on the cleanliness of the database, ensuring records are accurate and up to date for targeted, cross-channel communications.
