Sr. Public Relations Manager

Marqeta is looking for a energetic PR Manager who is a smart, ambitious, and experienced fighter that will not take no for answer as we build on our brand and cultivate strategic media relationships, tell our story far and wide, and elevate our company, platform, and individual thought leaders.

The successful candidate has a masterful command of media relations, content marketing, and thought leadership strategy and execution. You are comfortable expressing a point of view, challenging teams and individuals to do their best, and driving results through exemplary action-focused efforts.

You will use your skills to identify opportunities and build program s that shape industry opinion in our favor and maintain positive relationships with press, analysts, customers, prospects and the wider community. You will be responsible for supporting external communications including media and analyst relations, social media communications and other strategic corporate communications.
