Media Relations Lead

The Media Relations Lead will be a media relations professional with a strong track record of successful leadership working with traditional and emerging media and developing proactive and reactive public relations communications and plans that promote, enhance and protect the company brand and reputation. This role, which reports to the Head of Media Relations, will be responsible for overseeing the creation, integration and implementation of a broad range of communications and public relations activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of MassMutual and its leadership. The Media Relations Lead will be based in Boston but will also spend time at the company’s headquarters in Springfield, MA, and will collaborate closely with the Springfield-based media relations team.
