SVP, Enterprise Communication & Brand Strategy
Responsible for the development and leadership of all external and internal communications and serves as a key advisor on brand strategy and communications to the executive team. This critical role will establish the architecture of an enterprise communications strategy ensuring external and internal messages are consistent and aligned to strategic objectives and reflect company brand, voice and tone. As the leader of the enterprise communication strategy, must be well versed in all facets of corporate communications including marketing, PR, media relations, investor relations, internal communications, compliance, brand and reputation management.  In addition, orchestrate the operations necessary to deliver the defined communication plan to the appropriate channels and mediums.  Partner across several key functions to ensure that all messaging ultimately positions Meta as an industry leader in the financial services space as well as a nationally recognized employer of choice for those who share our mission.
