We’re looking for a genuine storyteller and media maven who knows how to develop relationships with key media and develop and pitch compelling stories to garner coverage. Our new colleague will have a talent for using the information that he/she learns from the business to develop and execute external communications that are fresh and timely. Your sense for a news story – and how to create one – will generate a steady drumbeat of news coverage. You are a communications professional who likes to collaborate with colleagues across the business to identify opportunities to tell our story. You understand how media relations can be a strategic differentiator and use everything at your disposal from our exclusive research and data to subject matter experts to further position MetLife as leading a thought leader in the industry.
