Objectives & Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for custom projects and event/conference content creation on an annual basis
Develop and manage budgets to ensure revenue and expense goals are met/exceeded
Manage highly functional team and workload distribution
Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, events and edit teams
Proactively navigate and resolve barriers or differences of perspective
Conduct market research to provide insight and guide business strategy to enhance current products or create new offerings; identifying and evaluating competitive product characteristics, market share, pricing and advertising
