Digital Communications Manager

Our engagement team is responsible for building positive brand perception on social media, increasing brand affinity and awareness through interacting with our target audience via our 5 main social channels: Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok.

On a daily basis, you'll manage incoming messages and mentions of monday.com, identify and collaborate with the wider team on trends and engagement opportunities, and be an active member of related communities and conversations online.

Engagement

ABOUT THE ROLE

Inbound: Responding to non-technical incoming messages in a way that represents our brand voice and encourages our customers to interact with us.
Outbound: Proactively finding opportunities online to interact with our target audience and other brands.
Surprise & Delight: Managing surprise & delight initiatives & opportunities
Connecting to content: finding opportunities for trends or posts that the social content team can collaborate on.

Collaborations & Initiatives

Building relationships with our tech partnerships and integrations to create online collaborations
Executing on micro-content and A-Z initiatives that drive more attention and engagement online for the brand
Reporting on social trends & conducting competitor research
Identifying potential influencers and ambassadors for us to work with
Shaping our brand voice & processes

Reviews

Monitoring and responding to +/- reviews across our review sites to manage brand perception
Supporting CX social support with alignment, information sharing, macros and closing the loop on all social responses.

Platform Incidents

Support CX social support during platform incidents & ensure we’re following due process for best possible communication with our customers, managing brand perception even in difficult circumstances
Being on-call for incidents during working hours, with occasional variations on schedules to provide coverage

Requirements

3+ years of Customer support or marketing communications experience working with brands
A detail-oriented mindset, demonstrating commitment to our customer’s experience from A-Z, with the ability to close the loop every time and go the extra mile.
A passion for and strong understanding of social media across multiple platforms and marketing trends.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $105,000-$140,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
