We are seeking a marketing professional to assist with the creation and execution of marketing plans for Morgan Stanley Virtual Advisor, a centralized team of Financial Advisors focused on the mass affluent segment. This individual will develop both client and prospect marketing. This individual will be responsible for marketing efforts geared toward retention and growth of existing clients which would include: loyalty programs, offers, segmented marketing programs and test and learn strategies. The individual will lead both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email, landing pages, videos, banners, SMS, social media, etc. They will also work on marketing Morgan Stanley Virtual Advisor to various segments of prospects, including participants of corporate partner programs. Ultimately, this will drive conversion from prospects to clients. In addition, they will be responsible for tracking campaign success and continuously implementing changes to optimize results. This individual be responsible for positioning, messaging, channel mix & measurement/attribution. This role also requires the ability to partner across brand, digital and other marketing teams as well as external agencies to execute and deliver on marketing strategies.
