The Head of Enterprise-wide External Communications and Head of Communications for GCIB, JCB and Securities is responsible for developing and deploying various communications strategies for internal and external audiences. The position supervises a team of four. The successful candidate has proven experience in media relations; internal communications; crisis and issues management; change management communications; project management; counseling and influencing senior executives.
