You’ll be supporting online content marketing initiatives, creating attractive and engaging product and thought leadership content
Your work will play an important part in driving our brand awareness and helping us to meet our marketing business goals
What you'll do
In this key role, you’ll be researching and creating product marketing and leadership content according to content marketing strategies. Day-to-day, we’ll look to you to produce high quality content and gather quality lead generation. You’ll also be working closely with communications stakeholders to agree, prioritise and deliver a programme of PR and social media initiatives.
Your duties will include:
Analysing content performance metrics and improving digital content effectiveness and experiences across all digital marketing channels and campaigns
Reviewing and making sure that the content creation complies with applicable laws, regulations and policies
Planning our external communications and managing our social media channels and creating new channels
Overseeing external benchmarking activity and sharing knowledge across the marketing function
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with significant experience in copywriting and delivering content. You’ll have good communication skills, as you’ll need to manage relationships with external suppliers of communications-related services. And you’ll have the ability to deliver programme milestones on time and against challenging deadlines.
You’ll also need:
Knowledge of financial services and fintech trends
A sound understanding of communications and strong copywriting skills
Strong knowledge of new social media technologies
An understanding of internal communications practice and principles
Experience of external supplier selection and management
