As the Internal Communications Business Partner for Human Resources in the Corporate Communications team, you will be a key partner for the Head of Human Resources, HR Leadership, and their teams in the delivery of their strategic objectives. Your role will be to develop communications strategies and materials that educate and engage almost 8,000 employees on everything HR, from health and wellness benefits, to learning and development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, internal mobility programs, savings and retirement benefits, and all the ways that New York Life strives to create a diverse and inclusive community. You will do so by leveraging best practices including within employee engagement, channel strategy, change management, analytics, and leadership communications.
