Role: Gathers and understands emerging Agency/Field needs to refine marketing approach, messaging, and campaigns to drive increased agent and recruiter success in personal branding, demand generation, client development, and retention. Supports the development of the annual field marketing strategy plan. Communicates programs to build and support Agent recruiting and nurturing. Manage high priority content requests from Agency.
