Role Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily editorial operations across four leading B2B digital and print publications
Recruit, supervise and mentor editorial staff
Manage the workflow of monthly print magazines, ensuring the timely creation of the flat plan and commissioning of regular columns, articles, and features from both in-house staff and external contributors
Proofread and edit daily content pieces to ensure they follow tone and style guides
Implement best practices, workflows, tools and templates to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the digital and print publishing process
Work collaboratively with sales and subscription teams
Skills and Experience
Experience working in a leadership role or editorial position in a digital and/or print publication
Exemplary copywriting and editing skills
Passion for digital and print media with a strong understanding of all major media platforms
Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of projects and tasks
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
