News Writer (Wealth And Money)

TheRichest seeking an eager and talented Freelance News Writer to join our team. You must reside in the United States or Canada for this role.

As a daily wealth and money writer, applicants will be responsible for covering breaking news related to the day’s most viral money-related news with a large focus on the entertainment industry and a more limited scope of coverage related to well-known entrepreneurs and other personalities. The ideal candidate understands how to tell compelling stories that showcase how money is earned, spent, and lost. Our ideal candidate also understands how to find stories with a compelling angle that provides a high level of entertainment value for casual readers.

Responsibilities:

Write a minimum of 3 news articles per day.
Working under tight deadlines and submitting articles for publication on time.
Report to the Managing Editor and implement feedback efficiently.
Able to maintain a contracted freelance schedule (available during daytime hours).
