Crime Reporter

The Sydney Morning Herald is looking for a Crime Reporter to combine breaking news, analysis and some feature writing capability at the highest-level across our digital and print platforms. Strong journalistic experience is required with a good range of contacts in the crime area. The successful applicant will display the highest of ethical standards and work relentlessly and creatively to ensure we develop quality content across seven days and across platforms. They will have a proven track record of breaking news, and the ability to quickly develop deep contacts and expertise in their assigned areas. The role is responsible for content gathering and for delivering clean, accurate copy for both print and digital use.
