Vice President of Communications

We are seeking a Head of Corporate Communications to establish our brand voice and lead efforts to bring our story to the communities we serve by building strong relationships with key external and internal audiences.

Reporting to the SVP Marketing/Chief Marketing Officer, and based in Wilmington, DE, the Vice President of Communications will be responsible for the development and execution of communication strategy and will contribute to our strategic planning process. The VP of Communications will develop a communications plan, managing communications activities that promote, enhance, and protect the organization's brand reputation. The VP of Communications will be responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of internal and public relations activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization and its leadership.
