As part of the Corporate Affairs team, PayPal’s Consumer Communications team is responsible for sharing the company’s compelling story and educating stakeholder groups including, consumers, media, influencers and analysts on how PayPal products can help them in their daily life as they manage and move money personally or professionally. This role is part of the Consumer PR/Communications team and will support communications activities for PayPal’s Social Innovation, Giving Platform (product) and Cause marketing teams. The Consumer PR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing communications activities that drive PayPal’s narrative around empowering communities for good and helping our customers achieve financial wellness. Among other responsibilities, this role will also work closely with the PayPal Giving Fund, which helps people support their favorite charities. The Consumer PR manager will be charged with managing foundational activities instrumental to the team’s success, including preparation and coordination of communications plans and tactics for product launches and campaigns. This individual will join a dynamic team that operates in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with other staff on a daily basis, including multiple team members across Communications.
