The successful candidate is a leader who is knowledgeable of brand strategy, brand newsrooms, media consumption patterns, understands new technologies, as well as creates editorial content that drives news cycles, media conversation and engagement. The Director, International Editorial Content and Strategic Communications will help institutionalize content publishing as a core engine of our communications mix. Reporting to the Global Head of Content Creation and Innovation and based in our iZettle office in Stockholm, the Director, International Editorial Content and Strategic Communications will help lead brand campaigns that tell our global company narrative through storytelling to our target audiences. This role is considered the international expert on content strategy, planning, execution and measurement and will work cross-functionally with our global teams including, lead content publisher relationships and engage with local media to understand the content landscape of their channels and publication. In addition, the role will work to help socialize employee and corporate stories externally and help set the strategy for partnerships with journalists and digital content platforms.
