 As part of the Corporate Affairs team, the Corporate Communications team at PayPal is responsible for sharing the company’s compelling story and strong business performance to key global stakeholder groups including employees, business media, influencers, industry analysts, investors and customers. We partner closely with diverse internal teams around the world such as Public Relations, Investor Relations, Legal, Corporate Strategy, Human Resources and Finance to build programs that communicate our vision, explain our strategy and enhance our corporate reputation. This role will support the Corporate Communications team in driving strategic communications campaigns that amplify the story of our employees, leaders and culture. The Manager of Employer Brand Communications will partner with the Global Talent team to develop and implement a strategy to highlight the internal story of PayPal to future employees through media relations, social media and other channels to position PayPal as an employer of choice. In addition to sharing our internal story, you will help strengthen the digital platforms and presence of our senior leaders by providing counsel, crafting tactics and building messaging. You bring a background that includes experience in media relations and visual storytelling, plus, understand the current employer brand landscape, and have an understanding of how to make a brand stand out.
