PeerStreet is a leading marketplace for investing in real estate backed loans (www.PeerStreet.com). We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, with a focus on our B2B business to help us with our next phase of growth and to craft compelling content about our technology, services, and value proposition.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and skyrocketing company, and help us build content and processes to enable every team at PeerStreet to succeed. As we grow and continue to hire for more specialized roles, this role would still be an opportunity to wear multiple hats and influence a variety of initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Create materials to educate, onboard, and train our customers
Develop the narrative for pitch decks, presentations, and short- and long-form pieces, with a high degree of conceptual creativity and verbal polish
Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams to accurately incorporate product capabilities and updates into internal- and external-facing content
Align with our growing sales team by delivering the content and insights they need to be successful, such as fresh outreach messaging, new sales collateral, infographics, and case studies
Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple campaigns and deliverables on competing timelines
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, advertising, or business
3+ years content marketing experience delivering highly successful content programs, with a focus on B2B marketing
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple messages
Able to conceptualize and execute projects with strong bias for action
Superior time management and communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced business environment
Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure content accuracy and alignment across multiple stakeholders
Experience producing multi-channel content (e.g., blog, email, webinar, social, etc.)
Background in real-estate/fintech marketing is a plus
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
