Peloton is looking for a passionate and dedicated Associate Media Coordinator to join its Media Strategy team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Media, this role will support acquisition media campaigns across a variety of channels including TV, OTT, Streaming Audio, Podcasts, and Direct Mail, and will work closely with external agency partners and cross-functional partners across Marketing (including Digital Media and Lifecycle, Consumer Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Insights).
You will use your strong attention to detail and communication skills to keep the Media Strategy Team organized across their many ongoing projects. Additionally you will lead creative asset requests, trafficking processes, and planning timeline discussions to connect creative and media plans. This ensures integration and seamless collaboration from campaign inception through launch to deliver the best performing assets to the marketplace.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Manage creative launch timelines and coordination with external agencies; own trafficking process from asset requests through to delivery and handoff process with internal teams and external creative and media agencies
Facilitate conversations between Internal Brand Teams, external creative and media agencies and offer your POV on whether ads are meeting D2C creative best practices
Assist in Media Strategy Brief writing process to ensure media agencies understand the creative direction/strategy
Day-to-day support on media testing roadmap and operational tasks
Support execution of creative A/B testing roadmaps with the goal of improving creative response rates across TV, OTT, Audio and Direct Mail channels
Help research cultural and marketplace trends, organize media data and platform insights
Lead presentation formatting and use attention to detail to ensure all slides are in the same style, font, etc.
Represent the media team in development of TV/OTT creative briefs and lead creative development for Audio and Direct Mail campaigns
Support reporting of creative test results; insight identification and communication in partnership with Sr. Manager
Manage organization of the Media Strategy Team; including but not limited to shared drive maintenance, coordinating meetings, document creation & management, tracking project progress, and document formatting
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
2 years of media planning experience in a media agency or similar role
Must be a self starter
Existing knowledge of the creative handoff process from ad creation through the full trafficking process (across TV, OTT, Streaming Audio)
Ability to ensure creative assets are meeting industry best practicesExcellent project management skills with strong attention to detail, bias for action, and organization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to address additional responsibilities as vital
Analytical approach with the ability to identify data-driven insights and get results
Comfortable presenting to agencies and internal teams
DTC business experience is a plus
Passionate about media and creative and eager to learn
$62k – $80k
