Account Management
• Act as a day to day contact for clients, continually strengthening client-agency relationships to become a trusted strategic advisor.
• Build up a strong understanding of clients’ business strategy and industry sector; keep up to date on industry developments and how they affect clients.
• Manage 4-5 accounts on average, overseeing the daily activities of account teams.
• Develop marketing communications programs and collaborate effectively with internal teams to action them.
• Use metrics and analytics to showcase ROI, provide insight and counsel to clients.
• Produce high quality written material and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in all areas of collateral – including articles, presentations, proposals, etc.
• Exercise extreme ownership over client deliverables, and the junior team’s deliverables.
