Personal Injury Demand Writer

We are an established personal injury law firm in DFW looking for an exceptional writer. We are looking for a fast learner to review and interpret medical documents and legal facts and summarize them in an accurate and persuasive written format. Extensive training will be provided. No medical or legal background is needed.
Compensation:

$18 hourly
Responsibilities:

Compose detailed and persuasive demand letters for a variety of personal injury cases.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to gather necessary information and understand case specifics.
Ensure that each letter accurately reflects the client’s damages and the impact of their injuries.
Manage multiple cases with varying deadlines, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Review medical records and bills, and verify all records have been obtained.

Qualifications:

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong research and analytical skills to ensure comprehensive and factually accurate letters.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills.
