Chief of Staff to the CEO

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Chief of Staff to support the CEO in our Arlington, Virginia headquarters. You will help drive the success of the business by handling the day-to-day activities of the CEO’s office, in partnership with her Executive Assistant. The role is highly strategic and facilitative; one that requires a combination of analysis and project management skills, as well as a willingness to be both a behind-the scenes and client-facing contributor. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, who thrives in fast-paced environments. We are looking for a highly resourceful individual who is self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will support a dynamic, and high-growth team, at an exciting moment for our organization.
