Cybersecurity Reporter
POLITICO is seeking a smart, aggressive reporter to cover cybersecurity, including stories related to national security, elections, business and privacy as well as developments in the executive branch, the courts and Congress. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for politics, a thirst for breaking scoops and strong writing skills. It’s a position that requires an ability to bounce between writing the news of the day and step-back stories that help unpack the administration’s cybersecurity policy, hackers’ changing techniques, and insider conversations in Washington about how to address some of the biggest digital threats facing the country.
