Editorial Director for Diversity and Culture

The Editorial Director for Diversity and Culture will drive initiatives to advance diversity and inclusion in the POLITICO newsroom, with the goal of strengthening our world-class journalism, our professional culture and our ability to attract and retain editorial talent. This person will work in tight collaboration with POLITICO’s Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (part of the HR and Talent Acquisition team) as part of POLITICO’s broader effort to uphold and bolster a representative and inclusive culture across the editorial, commercial and shared services teams. This role will be a member of the senior editorial leadership team, working closely with leaders across the newsroom and the company.
