Editorial Internship, New Jersey Spring 2023

POLITICO’s New Jersey team is seeking an editorial intern for the spring of 2023, reporting both virtually and from the Statehouse in Trenton. The intern will play a critical role in our coverage of the state legislative session and Gov. Phil Murphy.
What you’ll do:
Our interns are an integral part of our reporting team during the legislative session. You’ll help cover legislation, lawmakers, the governor, state agencies and New Jersey politics.
The intern will be involved in all aspects of story creation and production, including research, reporting, writing and aggregating, including for newsletters.
Contribute to the reporting of a dynamic team covering policy and politics for both in-state and national audiences.
