POLITICO is in search of a Marketing Automation Specialist to support POLITICO’s B2B revenue organization by owning the scheduling, building, tracking, and ongoing management of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This person will work cross-functionally across both sales and Pro’s acquisition, retention, and product marketing functions. Their contribution will have a direct impact on POLITICO Pro’s bottom line. The ideal candidate will: have a strong technical acumen and professional experience with managing and prioritizing multiple tasks; be ready to own and coordinate the day-to-day management of back-end systems including Marketo, Salesforce.com, ON24, project management / workflow tools (Asana preferred), and UI flow platform/tools (Miro a plus); and serve as the point person for all operational campaign questions and training Marketing stakeholders on operational processes. This role requires a solid understanding of marketing automation as well as strong process, data and analytical skills that can support marketing workflow and sales productivity.
