The Senior Video Producer will play a key role in curating the best live streams for POLITICO’s homepage, clipping newsworthy soundbites in real-time and producing enterprising yet quick-turn videos that go beyond the surface-level coverage. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has an ear for news, a passion for live coverage and strong news judgment. This position offers leadership experience and the ability to collaborate with others on the video team. A strong candidate will be a multitasker who can quickly identify ongoing trends in politics. A deep understanding of U.S. politics is critical.
