Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled digital producer to join our dynamic Health vertical team. This role is pivotal in driving audience growth and engagement across all digital platforms to support commercial sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in health content creation, directed editorial, SEO writing and has a strong grasp of digital publishing tools and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business development and product teams to produce content for key audience segments; content focused on condition-based themes.
• Write directed patient and caregiver stories to provide insight and depth to lived experiences based on audience development and business objectives.
• Create content in support of audience and commercial campaigns.
• Participate in content planning to build an annual calendar.
• Curate weekly newsletter
• Assist in creation of content briefs and assignment details to assign content to contributors.
• SEO Writing and Optimization
• Perform in-depth keyword research using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.Optimize headlines, meta tags, and content for better search engine rankings.Analyze competitor SEO strategies and adapt approaches accordingly.
• Integrate SEO best practices in all online content.
• Monitor and adjust strategies based on search algorithm updates.
• Video Editing
• Collaborate with the business and product teams to develop directed video ideas
• Edit and produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand's tone and style.
• Edit video for all social platforms in horizontal and vertical formats – YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and trends to ensure content is fresh and appealing.Manage video library and ensure all content is organized and easily accessible.
• Analytics MonitoringTrack performance metrics across platforms, including video content, using tools like Google Analytics and mparticle.
• Analyze user behavior and content performance for insights.
• Report on key performance indicators like traffic, engagement rates, and conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine effective content strategies.
• Provide regular reports to management with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Experience in digital content production (written and video), SEO, social media management, audience development, or similar roles.
• Understanding of commercial partnership, sponsored and directed content
• Strong knowledge of AI, social media platforms, analytics tools, and video editing software.
• Excellent writing, editing, and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in WordPress, video editing tools, and graphic design apps (Canva)
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, including video
