Professional Writers (Southern California Lifestyle)

We are looking for professional lifestyle writers to create online editorial for Locale Magazine.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accept assignments as delivered by our team
- Write 700-1500 word intriguing, descriptive and creative lifestyle stories with the potential to go viral
- Be willing to visit specific places in Southern California
- Be comfortable talking with people and businesses
- Fact checking
- Never miss a deadline

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have experience writing for a lifestyle publication
- Must have experience writing for a publication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be familiar with and based in Southern California
- Passionate about new restaurant, hotel and shop openings in SoCal
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be reliable to meet deadlines
Pay will range between .15c and .25c per word, depending on assignment.
