Senior Copywriter

We are working with a leading global commercialization partner for the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and wellness industries in search of a Senior Copywriter. This is a contract role, starting ASAP for at least 3 months with the potential to extend to 6 months. This opportunity is 100% remote but candidates need to be able to work east coast hours. Candidates with pharma agency copywriting experience encouraged to apply!

Senior Copywriter Responsibilities:

Create compelling content that aligns with strategic communication objectives for multichannel-marketing campaigns.
Writes primarily to patient and HCP audiences.
Collaborates productively with designers, production writers, associate creative directors, developers, project managers and other members of the project team.
Demonstrates careful attention to detail with proficiency in copyediting, references and proofreading.
Adheres to brand style in both copy and design.
Executes strong, engaging marketing writing that aligns with strategic inputs and is highly relevant to the audience.
Contributes to creative concepting and treatment development for multichannel marketing campaigns
Communicates actively with the project team to keep deliverables on track and on schedule.
Works closely with the Clinical Research Associate to help annotate documents and maintain accurate reference citations

Senior Copywriter Requirements:

Creative, conceptual thinker who collaborates with project team to ensure that the writing, design and technology developed achieve client's communication objectives.
Must have pharma advertising agency experience.
Must be adept at reviewing and executing on changes from the internal team, client and medical-regulatory-legal reviews.
Experience in marketing for the healthcare industry, ideally writing for both HCP and patient audiences.
Capable of presenting creative deliverables at internal and client meetings, as well as thoughtfully participating in creative and technology critiques.
