Proposal Writer (Communication & Project Management Plans)

We are seeking an experienced proposal writer to draft proposals for solicitations. Must have 5 years of proposal writing experience. Must be familiar with Shipley writing style for proposals.

Must have experience responding to RFIs, BPAs, and IDIQs
Must be familiar with proposal color teams
Must have experience helping clients with price proposals

REQUIRED

Must have strong experience with drafting project management and communication plans
