Public Relations Account Executive

EVNA PR is a full-service public relations agency specializing in beauty, home décor, and fashion. Established in 2017, the agency services clients across North America, Europe, and Asia with traditional media placement, brand partnerships, and events.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Public Relations Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for successfully managing 6-8 client accounts with a Director and supporting AE's, supporting the development and execution of PR strategies, growing and maintaining media relationships, and securing press coverage. The Account Executive will also be responsible for coordinating and/or attending press events and partnerships and helping to manage event logistics.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally with team and client-facing
3+ years Experience in public relations and media relations
Ability to create and execute successful PR campaigns and strategies
Ability to maintain relationships with media contacts and secure press coverage
Responsible for leading status calls and pacing / tracking towards quarterly goals for clients
Responsible for daily moving parts of each client account
Monitors news cycles, and stories, flags latest “pop culture moments” and competitor news for clients
Creates and maintains media lists
Organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google Suite, Keynote, Canva, Muck Rack, LinkedIn, Coverage Book
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
Experience in beauty, home décor, and/or fashion industries
