We’re looking to add a part-time Public Relations Intern to our crew for a six-month assignment. With the support of a fully equipped creative team, you will assist in public relations efforts spanning our 18-state footprint.
What You’ll Do:
Organize and coordinate internal media coverage announcements
Media list building & research
Upkeep of media coverage database
Upkeep of advertising database
Assist with message development and other writing assignments
Assist with social media posting and metrics
Various PR support as needed
What You’ll Bring:
A degree or 1-2 years of experience in the public relations and/or communications field
A drive to think creatively about how to get media outlets interested in the Garver story
You have strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
Bonus points if you have experience working with CoverageBook or similar software.
