Public Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PR Manager to join our team. The PR Manager will play a critical role in managing the company's public relations efforts, enhancing our brand image, and driving strategic communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas industry, along with a strong background in print media and advertising. Connections with newspapers in and around the Wyoming, North Dakota, Montana, and Colorado areas would be highly beneficial.

Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the oil and gas industry.
Create compelling press releases, articles, and other written materials to generate positive media coverage.
Coordinate and manage media inquiries and interview requests.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports and analysis to internal stakeholders.
Plan and execute strategic PR campaigns to promote company announcements, events, and initiatives.
Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website content and social media platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
Identify speaking engagements, conferences, and industry events for company executives to enhance thought leadership and visibility.
Monitor and manage crisis communications, providing timely and effective responses to protect the company's reputation.
Stay up to date with industry developments, trends, and best practices in PR and communication.
