Q2 is looking for a talented Marketing Communications Strategist who will implement programs to communicate the company’s business objectives, culture, and values. By partnering with the Director of Communications, this person will help plan, develop, implement, and evaluate a broad range of internal and external corporate communications initiatives across multiple channels, while making sure our messages are shaped for tone and audience. The ideal candidate has a strong executive presence, high curiosity, exceptional creative process discipline, and outstanding written and oral communication skills. This person will also have experience communicating content ideas with the interconnected teams in creative, design, content strategy and brand.If you are the right fit for this position, you will be highly adaptable, and enjoy working in a collaborative setting where teams arrive at new and innovative communication plans together. Previous experience within the banking, credit union, or enterprise software/technology (Saas) industries is preferred. This position will report to the Director of Communications.
