Senior Manager of Investor Relations and Communications

The role will work on investor activity planning, press release drafting and review, and interaction with the investment community to support the company's investor relations and external communication activities. Responsibilities INVESTOR RELATIONS Support logistics and organization of investor calls, meetings, conferences, roadshows and R&D Days and other related IR activities Manage IR updates, calendar of IR activities, press releases and earnings & conference webcasts on Radius' website Support preparation for Radius' quarterly earnings results and creation of investor slide deck Manage the IR website, and keep investor and shareholder database with updates of interactions Track and maintain record of sell side research and consensus estimates on Radius' financials EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS Draft, edit and review press releases and stay up to date of current and future information flow Run an assessment of financial media outlets and prepare a target media interaction list Communicate with media outlets & reporters with the goal to increase exposure of Radius in the media through articles and management interviews Regular collaboration with the Company's product and internal communications Liaise with Radius's internal groups to ensure accuracy of investor communications and consistent delivery of messaging across all internal groups.
