What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day
Create internal communications, marketing campaigns, and promotional collateral to drive the organization’s brand, vision, and programs into the North America Sales organization.
Partner with key internal stakeholders of all levels to align communications strategies and collateral with business goals.
Own the development and execution of strategic communication plans and content for the organization or project at hand.
Develop, manage, and distribute internal communication assets including newsletters, emails, videos, logos, and flyers to be used for various facets of the business.
Develop PowerPoint presentations that translate complex ideas into visually appealing slides for the organization and key stakeholders to leverage.
Lead or support ad hoc internal projects that require a strong communications strategy and/or content creation.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or other related fields
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills including exceptional writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to develop communication plans, content, and presentations that meet or exceed the needs of the business at hand
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
Collaborative team player that can work effectively with employees at all levels

Experience crafting visually engaging and impactful PowerPoint presentations
Proven track record of successful project management among multiple projects simultaneously
