The account director plays a key strategic, management and leadership role in the agency. You will work closely with SVPs/EVPs to deliver the best-quality work across a suite of clients that meets and exceeds program KPIs. Your role is to achieve profitability and revenue targets; identify and win new business; participate in the strategic planning process for each client; maintain strong relationships; and create new campaign ideas and initiatives to drive traditional and social media programs. As account director, you will act as a problem-solver and provide solutions to your team and clients. You will serve as a leader and role model in the office, playing a key role in the Red Havas culture and development of staff.
