The Suffolk News Herald is looking for a community-focused journalist to lead its newsrooms in Suffolk, the Isle of Wight and Southampton County. We want someone who can continue driving the company’s evolution to a digital-first operation. The ideal candidate believes in community news and the important role of a local newspaper, is self-directed, while able to coach others. This is not a remote position. We’re looking for someone who knows that being a part of the community is not just a good way to get stories, but will also help build the paper’s connections.
