The Globe and Mail has a full-time opening for an Ottawa Bureau reporter. As part of the team covering federal politics and national news, this position requires an experienced journalist with a proven track record as a gifted writer, who can tackle features on a multiplicity of issues as well has handling breaking news. This is an opportunity for a driven and ambitious journalist who wants to play a key role in our coverage of national and international affairs and the country’s national institutions including the arts. We are looking for a reporter who is versatile, innovative and curious. The successful candidate should also be an excellent team player as they will be expected to work with reporters at the Ottawa Bureau and other areas of the newsroom and across the country.
