Reporter

The Daily Star is seeking an enterprising reporter to cover a variety of news in the City of Hammond and Tangipahoa Parish – from crime to emergencies, local government to education, community news to arts & entertainment, this position will write about a diverse range of topics. Our newsroom is a small staff of one reporter, one sports editor and one managing editor. Hammond is located across the lake from New Orleans and boasts unique history and culture.
