Research Report Writers Wanted (LGBTQ youth) | $1,500 per report

The Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth is currently seeking lead authors to contribute to research sections of the Commission’s annual report relating to the policy and resource needs of LGBTQ youth in these areas: pediatric health and wellness, public health and services, sexual health and wellness, mental health and support, arts and cultural policy, child welfare and emotional wellbeing, labor and economic justice, inclusion service provision for LGBTQ immigrants and refugees, and environmental justice. We welcome proposals from consultant(s) for a three-month timeline meeting the following expectations. Preference will be given to consultant(s) with experience working directly within their topic’s field in Massachusetts. Reports should incorporate queer, intersectional, anti-racist, feminist, and disability frameworks that work to uplift and empower LGBTQ youth voice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Research should be sure to reflect experiences of LGBTQ youth with multiple intersecting identities which should include, but not be limited to, experiences of QTBIPOC youth, immigrant youth, disabled youth, and intersex youth.
- Deadline: November 18, 2022, or until filled. Projects to start on or around December 1, 2022.
