Functional Expertise

Acts as primary resource for team work products and processes.

Product Administration

Provides day-to-day supervision of work activities to meet product and quality standards and target.
Verifies the work of team for accuracy and completeness.
Covers for team members as and when required.
Monitors workflow for team or assigned area.
May prepare production and administrative reports as needed
May have budget responsibility.

Team Leadership

Participates in performance management process for direct reports.
Responsible for developing, motivating and coaching of staff
Identifies training needs and coordinates training activities.
Provides input into hiring and promotional decisions.

Project Management/Process Improvement

Participates in process improvement initiatives/efforts at the Team level, recommending changes to improve productivity and quality.

Communication

Effectively communicates across various levels of the organization.
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
