Job Description:
As a Branded Content Strategist at Richner Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand narrative and enhancing client visibility. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive branded content strategies that align with our clients’ objectives and resonate with their target audience. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of brand identity, consumer behavior, and emerging content trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Translate client objectives into creative and effective branded content strategies.
Content Strategy Development:
Develop holistic content strategies that encompass various platforms and formats, including social media, video, blogs, and podcasts.
Craft compelling narratives and messaging frameworks that align with the client’s brand identity.
Integrate SEO, social media, and digital marketing best practices into content strategies for maximum reach and impact.
Creative Briefing and Direction:
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content concepts based on the defined strategy.
Provide clear and inspiring creative briefs to writers, designers, and video producers.
Ensure that the content produced aligns with the strategic vision and objectives set forth in the content strategy.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor the performance of branded content campaigns, analyzing key metrics and user engagement data.
Use insights to refine content strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI for clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance content strategies.
Client Education:
Educate clients on the value of branded content and its impact on brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Provide strategic recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and target audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a content strategist, preferably in a branding or marketing agency.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
